Individual, Couple, and Group Therapy
I believe I can help!
"I was always looking outside myself for strength and confidence but it comes from within. It is there all the time."
MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
Personalized Attention to Your Goals and Needs
I view psychotherapy as a collaborative experience aimed at understanding oneself and others in a way that helps to negotiate life with effectiveness and joy. My approach involves fostering an atmosphere in which attentive listening, safe expression of thoughts and feelings, and gentle suggestions promote personal growth.
Changes in relationships or careers, personal losses and new beginnings, difficulties with long-term recovery, and sustaining emotional support are some of the issues that benefit from one-on-one therapy.
I work with young and mature adults, with expertise in interpersonal relationships and communication, cultivation of emotional intelligence, disturbances in mood and personality, and long-term recovery from substance and behavioral addictions.

Group therapy presents a unique opportunity to understand oneself through interactions with others, and to understand others through a new experience of oneself in group. I offer groups for professionals in the evening, groups for young adults, groups for artists, writers and creative people, groups for parents, and groups for individuals in long-term recovery who need support beyond the achievement of abstinence.
